Totally happy with this purchase. I have been doing a low carb diet for some time and I thought it was time to incorporate supplements, but I wasn't sure what to get. After reading about ketogenic diets, I decided to try out those Keto pills. The first thing I noticed, from the first days on, is a big change in my snacking habits. I don't have to blend a shake or mix powder into anything. Just wash them down with water and wait. Not dramatic change but appetite for sugar goes away. A good start!
