Have had this for a few days. Seller didn't send a laptop charger in the box, so we had to get one somewhere else before we could turn it on. (Minus a star for the seller.)This is a LEARNING laptop. Don't expect a high power gaming machine. You cannot expand the RAM. 2GB is all you get. You can, however, expand the system memory with a micro SD card.If you are looking for a bare bones affordable machine for office/homework type stuff (Word, Google Docs), the occasional YouTube video, personal video chatting, then this is for you. Seems well built (but have not had very long). It is very light, has a nice big screen, and a nice low price tag.On the negative side, you get what you pay for. Track pad isn't as responsive/sensitive as our other laptops and takes some getting used to. Sound from speakers isn't great when using video in Google Hangouts, but decent when watching a YouTube video.Bought for my teenage daughters for hacking and coding - to wipe Windows and replace with Ubuntu or partition the drive for both systems, run developer programs, practice coding, work with Windows (we're Apple people and this is the only non-Mac in our household), etc. If they don't kill it, one of them will use it in the fall at school vs. getting one of the school issued Chromebooks. Couldn't beat the price - cheap learning tool so they don't mess up or MacBook Pros!Have only had it operable few days (again, seller didn't include a proper laptop charger), so still putting it through it's paces. Will definitely be getting an SD card to expand memory. So far so good.

In the beginning I gave this laptop 5 stars, but after having for a little over a month it has started breaking down, the battery will not charge and the Usb ports work sometimes and sometimes not, I use my mostly like a desktop and can get by without battery, But I just wonder how long this thing will last

Sooooo disappointed 😚😡😚😡 approximately 4month onto ownership of laptop now it has completely stopped functioning altogether 😡😡😡😡 had problems turning on the device but now I cannot turn it off and the keyboard has completely stopped working!! Now to contact Erik themselves cause never recieved warrenty that was orig purchased so got refunded but now not sure if item has any coverage at all via manufacturer... such a DISAPPOINTMENT PURCHASE!! WOOOOW 😡😡😡😡

It was doing At 1st until the battery went dead ...It would not take a charge. I Purchased a new charger and it still does charge. I sent it back.

You get what you pay for

It's a pretty decent little laptop for the price, but it's really only good for getting online. It doesn't have a lot of RAM, so even that is kind of slow. Mine did come pre-installed with Microsoft Office, but you have to purchase a product key to activate it.Cons: 1) The touchpad is super sensitive. I'm constantly moving the cursor when trying to type. I was able to get around this by installing some third-party software.2) (and this really is the biggest con). The hard drive is way too small. I thought it would be OK, given that I had no plans to install or download much. However, Windows 10 takes up most of the space, and without downloading or installing any additional software, there isn't enough space on the hard drive to install updates. So I keep getting warning messages with no way to turn off automatic updates.

I have had this laptop for a few weeks now and it's really a great laptop. I got mine from Wal-Mart.com and my mom did to they are very easy to setup. The only thing is wish it was touchscreen. The screen is very big and ultra clear.
