Environmentalism and fun
This is a lovely e-bike with a little bit idealism. It is not designed for touch bike lanes or roads, and you have to add additional components for rainy weather like UK (I did it with recycled plastic board lol, see photo) - otherwise it will cover you with muddy water all over. Also very difficult to carry additional bags after a big shopping. BUT it has been great fun riding it along the well-built lanes, even if in windy weather and I'm 6-feet tall. Battery runs well so far, but be very careful whenever you are about to hit a sharp bump (e.g., riding from roads to ped lanes), because the bump might hit the motor/battery instead of the wheels.Folding is more complicated than designed, because again, with mud on the wheels, 100% folding status would be a disaster (you will have to bend the muddy wheels into the circle frame). I strongly recommend that you only fold it through the middle, and hide the handle, while leaving the wheels where they were.Should be a five-star great bike in dry areas with newly established cycling system. Oh, and the plug comes in European style, so I had to replace it myself with a UK one.

Qwerky but eye turning.
For the money I love it.. If I have any criticism it seems too fast.. The first one sent did not work but I returned it and got a replacement with loads of extras. The original package was damaged and may be the cause of the non function. I use it to travel on our metro tram system and then to work.

Great !
A great bit of kit. It folds up very neatly, and rides well. If there is any negative, it that a parts book or Service Manual was not provided.

Light and easy to fold/unfold
I have had this little bike since November 17Nice and light for carrying when not riding, easy to carry on trains, buses with the multiple folding options.Fully folded the bike can fit into a Sainsburys elephant bag or the fore section of a deep asda trolley. I tend to carry it with the front frame loop over my shoulder and my hand grippimg the bottom of the lower frame loop with the front wheel reversed and handle bars fully foldedVery well designed and engineered, only criticism being the levers that lock the wheels in alignment with the frame tend to travel over time over the marks for locked/ unlocked positions, but this is a minor issue, you can feel when the wheels lock in alignment.I get about 4 to 4.5 miles out of a full battery charge on level ground but I weigh 95 kg. Max kg in the manual says 94 but manufacturers say 100.The forward plastic cable cover can be cracked by attempting to fold the front wheel the wrong way.Very quick to fold / unfold once you get used to it. 1 to 2 minutes to unfold, 2 to 4 minutes to fold.I bought this for 350 pounds off Amazon. I loved it so much I wanted to buy another one but you can only get off the company website now at around £1000.I would buy this for around £500 but not £1000 although I see a competitor is offering something similar for 700, the attachments also seem a little expensive. The bag never seems to be in stock but I assume that this is because the bike is new on the market and they are waiting to sell more bikes firstThe manual is in an English translation of Spanish , so not perfect but presented no problems in assembling the bike for the first time and understanding the limitations of useManufacturers do not recommend riding in the rain but I have ridden through downpours and had no problems, just avoid puddles.I have ridden this little bike in industrial Middlesborough, London, Cardiff and Plymouth, be prepared to be stopped and asked lots of questions about it :) People seem fascinated by it and it even raised a smile from the Met police. As long as you treat it like a big scooter, you will not be disappointedI love it.Update : 07/08/2018 Riding in London so as to conserve battery (braking with feet, occasionly kickimg to assist up inclines) , on mostly level terrain, in dry conditions from full charge until the battery ran out ..a distance of 8.5 miles was achieved. I am 95 kilos and temperature for the day was 28 degrees celsius

Have a wonderful year.Andrew & Linda :)
My wife (69) and I (72) purchased two for travelling in our motor-home. Whilst we are both delighted with the purchase, the technology and workmanship is really first class. Opened our two boxed on Christmas Morning, our children and grandchildren spent all day riding our new bikes. Not very often we recommend, but the NEOFOLD is a must.

Great Bike but non existent aftersales
I loved this little bike, but unfortunately I had a accident with it in the garage on my motorhome and broke the jack plug that charges it and i think something has shorted out as the battery has no charge whatsoever and I just can't get any response from the supplier or the manufacturer so at the moment it's of no use to me, I would so much like to get it repaired but cantFour stars for the bike but NO stars for after sales !!!!
