Excellent Printer, Excellent Bargain
I ordered this as a replacement for the original, which was seven years or so old. This replacement printer was delivered a day early, in perfect condition, and included test page printouts to confirm all was in working order. Setup was a breeze, needing only a brief handshake with Windows 11. The price (not counting the free shipping) was about $150 less than I paid for the original machine seven years ago. Fantastic SOHO color laser. Best of all? The machine came with four full toner cartridges (contra the ad disclaimer), which retail at more than the cost of the printer itself. Like getting a free printer! Not sure who did the recertification, but excellent customer serve. Much appreciated.

good printer at a great price
Use every day at the office. Use primarily on just black & white setting but color setting is easy to switch to. Can't tell that it's a refurb. No issues at all after 3 months daily use. Would highly recommend....in fact I did to one of my co-workers who is also going to buy one! Easy to install and was up in running in 5 minutes after opening the box. Great deal. Thanks.

A sturdy and well built printer for a small office or indivisual office printer
An excellent printer for an office. Dependable and well built. The only real issue is that when the printer goes to sleep it shows as offline until you press the power switch to wake it up.I have not had to make any calls regarding this model, but in the past HP support has been polite and helpful.

I ordered this printer from Amazon.com Services as a certified refurbished item. I moved to a new house months later and I've tried setting up the computer but keep getting a 60.02 error because the tray 2 lifting motor is broken. It's too late to return the item so I'm screwed with a completely worthless POS. Thanks for the worthless product Amazon!
