Light, Attractive and FULLY functional!!
You won't be dissapointed. I was expecting a thin case that simply had a usable keyboard but when this arrived I was blown away by the quality of it; they keys are very nice and have a great feel with immediate response time, once turned on the keyboard becomes active in less than a full second and the initiial pairing was typical of any bluetooth device. As for the case, it is very well made and adds virtually no weight. The Apple smart keyboard with a snap on case will weigh roughly the same as this case, only difference is that this is a real keyboard with a FULL array of function keys and a home button.Even better - they keys are flush with the palm rest are so you can easily use this in tablet mode without feeling keys on your lap or damaging the keys in any way. (this was my biggest worry about this kind of case because I use the Apple Pencil to take notes for college and I can't lose the ability to lay it flat on the desk and write on it).. Also the pencil holder itself is obviously a perfect fit; will never fall out and is easy to remove by pushing threw the back of it.Also the sides of the palm rest are non-slip so you can position the tablet at any viewing angle if you are not using the keyboard. When you are typing however, the viewing angle is perfect and the tablet will remain in place because of the grooves on the edges, EVEN ON YOUR LAP =)This is awesome!!!

Amazing functionality and durability
**Re-uploaded review: simplified and easier to read**Pros:- durable and offers SO much more protection than the apple keyboard folio- doesn't make the device that much bulkier and heavier in my opinion (11in)- feels and looks like quality - my coworker thought I got the apple folio at first glance lol!- easy to link blutooth, connects instantly every time after initial link, and types well with no lag- loooooong battery life- flips backwards to make taking notes with the pencil even easier- sleep function when not in use (still better to turn it off though if you're not using it for long periods of time)- clicky keys which might take some getting used to but does end up feeling nice - makes me want to type more!- great pencil holder design for extra storage/security options while traveling with iPad that still allows pencil to chargeCons:- backspace is TINY- backspace and lock screen button are close together so sometimes I'll accidentally hit the lock screen button which can get annoying- only one viewing angle in keyboard mode- does add SOME weight, so those looking for the LIGHTEST option might not like this- no backlit keyboard (isn't a problem for me but some people do look for this option in keyboards)- the closing magnets seem a little weak for the weight of the keyboard - by this I mean if you turn the case closed so the keyboard faces the ground, it will flop open as the magnet is not strong enough to keep it closed. This isn't a problem if you keep the device vertical or in a bag, but handling might require some thought and care as the heavier keyboard side flying open could cause some damage... Just hold it like you'd normally hold a closed book and it will be fine lol.Other things:- FAST seller reply to concerns. I had some issues with my first case and they replied almost immediately when I sent them an email.- Amaon fulfillment means fast and easy exchanges and returnsOverall: Highly recommend. Definitely worth the price. I love how it protects and is functional at the same time. Perfect for those like me who need to utilize both the keyboard function and the tablet function of an iPad for work and/or school.

Excellent value and highly recommended. Happy with the purchase.
Bluetooth connects easily once paired. Keys have a nice tactile feel. Puts itself to sleep when not in use, tap any key like Shift to wake it up. Nice slot for the Pencil 2, keeps it charged and ready to go plus I don’t worry about it falling off and losing it. Sturdy and durable case! I can fold it back like a notebook and take handwritten notes or draw. If you want a flatter viewing angle, you can flip it. The magnetic groves hold it in place and I’ve been able to draw/write. It's awkward so I don’t normally use it this way but it’s another option. I haven't tested the waterproofing, but nice bonus, one less thing to worry about. The opening for the USB-C fits the OEM and Amazon (L6LUC024-CS-R) cable but too tight for others like Anker Powerline+ (AK-A81870A1).The only things I would improve on is backlighting and possibly slight grooves for more stable viewing angles.

It the right price.
this keyboard Bluetooth works great and perform as described. The key travel and input response is quick and typing feel good tot he touch and resting your figures on the key are space out very well over this case cover does not add any extra bulk to the unit and it looks clean. Defiantly would recommend this you can't justify spending for OEM from Apple.

Nice keyboard and cover.
I liked the cover. It went on and paired quickly and easily. It also holds the pencil perfectly. The keyboard is comfortable and types well. The angle of the IPAD on the keyboard is perfect. You can fold the keyboard behind the IPAD. This is a good product.

A 5 star product - a happy purchase
The Maxace iPad case/keyboard feels sturdy in hand and should provide very good protection to my iPad. Connection to iPad via Bluetooth was easy and all top row function keys worked well, including screen brightness, volume, and play keys. The keys also feel good when typing, having a good travel distance. Overall, a solid product, and costing only a fraction of Apple's iPad cover/keyboard. 5 stars!

Connecting Keyboard takes FOREVER. Keys typing wrong letters.
Meh. It’s a good sturdy case. And connecting the keyboard from the start is great. But when it loses the connection (which happens at least every day, sometimes twice) it takes forever to get it reconnecting. The iPad searches and searches forever for the keyboard. I have to totally restart the iPad for it to be able to find the keyboard.UPDATE: Now the keyboard is broke. Every time I type q, a, z... e, d, and c also get typed. I’m returning the current one. I’ll give a new case, one more chance.ANOTHER UPDATE: new case crapped out as well. POS. Don’t by this case.
