Read the "directions" for Lighting it. A bit tricky at first ;)You must pull the Ignition Ring out (increases Gas flow to light easier)on the Side of the Case to make the Spark Lighter work.Next, You must let the Ceramic plate get very red if you want to lower the Flame setting. If you put it to Low too soon it will just shut itself off and you have to re-light it. But, once it's Lit, it's a great Heater ;)I bought this for a Backup Heater on My "Live Aboard" Boat. I use a Propane Pro Com, Blue Flame heater for Heat, it's 10k BTU. The ignitor doesn't work but I can light it with a lighter. I haven't had to use it to keep warm in my blind yet, but it seems like it will do the job in a small confined space.

I have tried several times and I am unable to get this product lit. I have been a camper for 30 years and never had this problem with any of my other heaters.
