It works well 23 days but after them it actually stops in between as its rope gas stuck in the middle and cutter stops and quality is good but not that good that I have purchase backwards so it's an average product you can purchase the blades are sharp it's size is good that you can job 23 tomatoes in them it's time saving easy to use

Purchased it 3 months back. I didn't use it much, about 10 times in total. While using it recently, the pull rope got stuck and it is not retracting. I have tried fixing it in every possible way but it's not working. When i ordered, the product i got wasn't correct and i got it replaced. The replaced product stopped working within a short time. Very disappointed!

23 jan 2020 I found it fine, I ordered for small quantity chopping,and it does that, but by adding a rod at the center of the bowl, the blade can remain sturdy, whereas it keeps moving now, Good for small chopping on the 1st day, don't know how long the blade's sharpness would last like this.. 4 stars from now 4 feb 2020 After using it for 14 days almost 3 times a day I put my processor back.. I got thing in 149 lighting deal-25 no rush discount.. for me it's as equal to free.. I was really surprised to see negetive reviews for this small sized hero.. one thing I would like to recommend to all that it's a delicate item handle it delicately, at times I felt that it broke but that was my mishandling, don't force it to do more chopping at a time, although today I did 2 onions+ tomato(whole) and it did, then I took a cucumber+half capsicum+tomato(whole) and it chopped them all, if it stucks then stop, shake it and try again slowly, shake it again if it stucks again.. At times we used it for 8,9 times a day, all well.. 10 May 2020 Accidently top side plastic got burnt, but we are still using it wid jugaad.. cant imagine my kitchen widout it, also its price has become too high now, its a quality good for 5,6 months , so if u r getting it under 150 rs then its ok, otherwise at present its very high in price.. 30 June 2020 Must buy for every kitchen, even kids can use it.. Dear amazon, kindly Work with current price, need to buy more for gifting and self. This is a very good item but for short time.

I loved the product, bought it for my hostel and used it for the last 1.5 years of my college. After completing college, I gave it to my juniors. Good chopping volume and blade size can chop carrots, capsicum, onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, etc. with ease, saving a lot of time.
