Sleepgram King Bed Support Pillow with Microfiber Cover, Cooling, White

The Sleepgram pillow is so much better than any other pillow I have ever owned! Since there are actually 2 pillows inside the case, you can customize it to whatever degree of softness you want. Over the years I've purchased one for each of my kids and 4 for myself (for when I have company). Yes, they are pricey, but so worth every penny! I even pack it when I travel. First off, I've always thought I liked big, soft pillows. Little did i know that it was NOT what my body needed! I am a back and side sleeper. No matter what brand/thickness/firmness I got, I ALWAYS woke up with neck pain and my chin on my chest. I have spent countless funds on pillows, only to be disappointed! Until this one!!! Upon opening, I noticed how unbelievably soft and squishy it was and that it was customizable (3 pillows in 1). Night 1, thinking because it's so soft, I used both inserts. Fast forward to morning and my neck was somewhat better, but still had my chin on my chest! Ugh!!! Night 2, I used just the medium pillow. My neck was better than the previous morning but still not perfect. As a last ditch effort, and I have NEVER slept on a flat pillow in my life, I used the small insert only. It almost felt like I wasn't even using a pillow at all! I wasn't looking forward to sleeping that night and didn't have any hope of a good night sleep. Boy was I wrong!!! Never, and I mean NEVER, would I have thought a pancake of a pillow would be so heavenly!!! For the first time ever, I woke up without my head jacked up!!! No more neck pain and better sleep! WHAAAAAT?!?!?! I love how I can pull it further down, because it's so squishy, and it forms around my neck and shoulders! I don't feel like it's thick enough when I'm on my side, but it's easy to fix by folding the corner under. I even took the medium insert that I'm not using and gave it to my 4 year old. He loves, loves, loves it!!! My husband keeps trying to steal my pillow and has been threatened with his life if it goes missing! Haha! Guess I will be getting another one for him as well! If you already like a soft pillow, you really have nothing to lose! It's a $ back guarantee!!! UPDATE.....Now, my husband has hijacked my pillow!!!! First off, he has always liked big, thick, firmer pillows. Anyways, he slept on it the first night with both inserts and said it was just a little too much. Night 2, I removed the thin insert and he was SOLD!!!! He said he slept like a baby!!! Guess I'm off to buy another pillow so that I can have mine back and be able to sleep again!!!

My third set. I love that they are so adjustable. And they can sort of be punched into a perfect firm base like an old favorite feather pillow. Nice.

I've had this pillow for about 7 months. This pillow is soft, supportive and comfortable, but keeping it that way can be a pain. I love that it has multiple inserts. After a few nights of sleeping on the Sleepgram I found it would go flat or the stuffing would shift away from my head. Fluffing it in the dryer fixes the issue, but doing this every few days grew to be annoying. It's hard to explain, this pillow is supportive but can somehow be flimsy at the same time. The Sleepgram is still one of the better pillows I've tried, and I've tried a lot. It has somewhat helped with my neck pain. I currently have one of the inserts inside a similar, sturdier pillow and it is lovely. Definitely worth a try.

I bought the set of 2 queen pillows to replace my down pillow that has gotten too flat over time. Nice unboxing experience with nicely designed branded package. It takes a little work to fluff the very flat vacuum sealed pillows, but a *warm* dryer with dryer balls for about 1/2 hour works well. In the set I bought, each pillow came with a padded cover + 2 pillow inserts. The combined pillow with both inserts looks super plump and fluffy, yet has a great softness and "give". I prefer squishy, down pillows that are on the thin side so was skeptical about this big fat pillow, but decided to start with the whole set the first night and then remove one insert if needed. I have an impossible time sleeping on almost every kind of pillow and bring my own with me when I travel, so it came as a surprise to me that I got a *great* nights sleep. Perfectly comfortable, no shifting during the night and repositioning my pillow, no hot head and no more waking in the morning with a headache and sore neck. I love it! So far, worth every penny and then some (and I hate spending $ on stuff like this). Hopefully holds up to use over time and washing.

I purchased 2 of these a few years ago directly from the vendor, and absolutely loved them. Then I purchased 2 more in June 2024, expecting them to be the same. They are not. The cover fabric may still be 100% cotton but it's not the same soft-hand cotton fabric. It's super slick and a littler stiff, with a weave so tight that no air passes through. The pillows seem to have a ballon-like quality; lots of air trapped inside, not as much stuffing as before. They don't support my neck as well and aren't as comfortable. Hopefully they will soften up with a few washes. We'll see. For now i'm disappointed

I am a side sleeper. This pillow replaced one that had a curved shape where my shoulder fit without contorting my neck angle. The Sleepgram pillow can be arranged to make that same place for my shoulder. I lay down to sleep with no need to wrestle with my pillow. I fall asleep quickly and I sleep better all through the night. I don’t have to do anything else with this pillow. It’s like “set it, forget it, and wake up tomorrow morning. This pillow also promotes a higher sleep oxygen level for me through the night. I use both of the inserts to give me the height that I want. Lastly, when I wake up, put my glasses on, and grab my phone to read the time, turn the alarm off or read my phone while lying on my side, the pillow accommodates my glasses’ frame without ramming my glasses into my face at a destructive angle. I recommend this pillow!

These are the most amazing, re fluffable (yes I just made that a word), adjustable pillows, I will never own anything else. I already bought two sets for myself (two for my room and two for the spare bedroom) and I bought a set as a gift for my mom and her boyfriend, who both say these are the best pillows they have ever slept on. I hate pillows that get matted down and never re-fluff as much. With these they fluff up awesome and about once a year I pop them in the dryer which really fluffs them up nice. I love that it comes with a pamphlet that tells you what inserts to leave in or take out for your desired firmness level. These are a pricey pillow and I normally would never spend this much, but I am so glad I did. They are so worth it. I've had mine upstairs for close to two years now and they are still perfect. Trust me you want these pillows. I wouldn't steer you wrong.

Best pillow I've ever had. I have been looking for a pillow for years that would shape to my head and neck and this pillow is it. Unbelievably comfortable and stays cool. I have had the best sleep in years.

I did not like this pillow as, I felt uncomfortable while sleeping. While placing the order it was indicated that we may return the product any time within 100 days from the date of delivery. But I found that you have closed the return window on 30th day itself. This not as promised by you. Kindly review and permit me to return the product.

We have about 10 of these pillows over the years. We have bought them for our kids, we have them in the trailer etc. super comfy, long lasting, washable and customizable. Highly recommend
