Fully Automatic Water level Controller and Indicating with Sensors- ( For Single phase Motor which have MCBs type Switch)

Installation was very easy and helpline numbers are always available to support and follow-up, great response from the Manufacturer. High Quality sensors are easy to mount, the dry run protection is another great advantage... Display indications on automatic water level controller is superb and works perfectly as per water levels and sensor positions. The automatic water level controller is working perfectly since 10 days without any problem, works perfectly in AUTO Mode, MANUAL Mode, and the NEED button is great feature. Overall a great buy and reliable product!!

Delivery - Good - Even though there was lockdown restrictions, Amazon delivered this fully automatic water level controller 3 days early than they promised. Price - Very decently priced - Only Rs 1890 /- Just below half of the price compared to other similar products. Packing - Good. Technical support - Very good. Even though they failed to include wiring diagram or instruction manual in the box, when I called them in the helpline number provided in the product, they responded instantly and sent the diagram and installation video in Watts app with in 5 minutes. Function. Truly fully automatic. 4 LED displays to show over head tank water level and 3 displays for lower tank (underground tank). Automatic low and high voltage cut off and one separate sensor for dry run sensing provides full protection for the motor and the pump. There is also a "NEED" button to top-up the overhead tank at any time. They also provided a bypass switch for manual operation of pump. Even though there is separate colour codes for each sensors and it's wirings , they failed to provide them correctly which made wiring very difficult for the local electrician. Also no indication provided for manual mode. In overall the product and the price are very good and works well.

Not getting on when water is empty in the tank And service person also not responding properly

Likes: Support is very Swift, they help with installation through watsapp. Quality is neat, like the screw set and threads in bottom don't wear while tightening wire ends. Gave crimp pins and male female connectors for sensor. Motor dry run and voltage protection is a good feature Enough leds to show status. This model is not easy to install for push button starters just to connect in switches Dislikes: No manual or guarantee card. (Not necessary as we get help) The dpdt switch had bypass/off/off, while it must be auto in one, but it's just a sticker no issues. (That's where manual must be useful) Price point is bit high, as some controllers come at 1.7k. (but we can opt it for dry run option it will save our motor, that's y I bought it) ~will update the life time of it with use~

This water level indicator can help you manage sump water and OHT water in an efficient way automatically. Lights for multiple levels to show water level in the tank is a plus point.

Awesome device, works very good. Device shows various level of water level 25% 50% 75% 100% and motor on or off status. It has dry run protection sensor and led indicator for the same. Only small thing missing is Sound alert when it is dry run. They can also provide float sensor model. When i had doubts connecting the sensor the company guided me patiently through WhatsApp. Good customer service.
