JBL (2) JRX225 Dual 15" Professional 4000w Passive DJ/PA Speakers 4 Ohm JRX 225

The best sounding 1000 dollar speaker's I have ever heard and everyone I know that has listened to all the systems I have had over the years agree.i had some of the best Klipsch cf4s on the market 2 sets and these put them to shame.these have a 15inch midrange and a regular bass woofer for the bottom these are 3 way professional speakers so incredible clear and dynamic sounding especially using a denon 24bit processing receiver hooked up to a berhinger ep4000 and wow you haven't heard anything until you have heard this system. I have spent thousands of dollars on different stereo equipment over the years and nothing I have bought has come close to this home system. If anyone complains about a fan there not hearing this system their is no way a fan can be heard impossible unless you can hear a dog whistle.

They sound good but smell like rotten milk and have some damage on cabinets

The JBL JRX225 is an excellent-sounding speaker with a rich, deep sound. This is mainly because the cabinet is made from ¾ MDF and not plastic like today’s powered speakers. This definitely adds weight to the speaker and makes it challenging to transport. However, the tradeoff is that you can leave your subwoofer and speaker stands behind. Using just these 2 speakers simplifies your equipment/wiring and reduces setup time. This is especially true if you are performing on a stage or float where all you do is place them on an elevated surface and jam on! I ran these with a Carvin HD3000 amp for a Black History Month presentation and was able to please an audience where quality sound was critical. These speakers definitely live up to their legendary reputation.

The pa's are great. My issue is they arrived with one speaker damaged the box damaged and wet. I am very disappointed with the delivery .

These JBL speakers rock, but they are NOT 4000 watts! The heading in the description is wrong and misleading. They are capable of 1000 watts continuous and 2000 watts PEAK, each. Nobody that uses these or knows anything about them would ever refer to them as 4000 watts. They are heavy, and require a power amp to run. But they do produce fantastic sound.

great tweeter/midrange/ missing bass maybe some help if I'm missing anything. they are bi-amped with a crown 750x2 but less bass than my clips 10's
