GTMax 2 Replacement Standard Lithium-Ion Battery for Kodak PlaySport (Zx3) HD Waterproof Pocket Video Camera

I have a Kodak playsport that stopped charging. Couldn't figure it out for a while and had almost given up on fixing it but ran across a youtube video that said that it could be a problem with the device charging via USB. Something about the firmware ... I figured this plus a charger was cheaper then replacing the whole thing. Worked like a charm. Nothing wrong with the original battery so I could have gotten away with just the charger but its good to have extras. Verdict is out on how long these little guys last but I guess with two it shouldn't be a problem.

They came to me only at half charged. i thought that was very odd since these are suppose to be new. I guess seller gave me ones that must have been sitting around on the shelf for a long time. That is the only case I can see that a 'new' battery would loose any charge. I had to order a new charging cord, so I still will find out if these are defective or not. This is all I can say about them at this point.

*There's 1400 mAh batteries do indeed hold a FULL charge! The original 1000's, junk! The 1100 I got with a separate charger, also junk, but the charger I'd good. After I ordered them, I saw 1600 mAh batteries, but the 1400's seem to hold a charge. That should be enough!

My playsport finally works again. AND, for 1/3 the price of an OEM I have two sets of charged batteries. These seem to last as long as the original battery did and I have had no problems.

They hold about an hour of recording time on each battery. Shorter than expected but you get what you paid for.

I needed a replacement battery for my Kodak Video Camera. I ordered 2 of these replacement KLIC-7004 batteries for only $6.43 - Kodak wanted $22 for 1 battery. Installed the replacement battery in my video camera, charged it up and the camera works fine.

I gues the batteries worked fine, the camera was the problem, I see now why Kodak went out of business...JUNK.

These batteries work very well and are an excellent value. Their fit is identical to the original, they charge on an external charger just fine (I did not try in camera charging), and seem to run forever. They are exactly what I was looking for.

Nicely packaged, giving you the impression you are buying something decent but these batteries do not perform. They seem to last about a quarter of the time of my Fuji original and I am not convinced about their ability to hold a charge for any length of time. They may get you out of a jam (for a while) if your original battery dies on you whilst shooting but I would not rely on these alone.Very disappointed.
