Shipped without a box totally broken unusable
Item got delivered with out a box came totally unusable and heavy damage how can someone ship a sensitive piece of equipment without a box crazy it goes to show how terrible a company is shipping something so sensitive with out a box good luck

The rod itself is amazing ,but it took almost two months to get here. First one i ordered got lost and the replacement they sent took a month to arrive.
