Works awesome to stretch out your back, perfect width to lay back and stretch out. Very strong and awesome for yoga for certain positions! Even my kids like to play with it 😂🙌🏻

I have only used it for stretching my back but it has stretched it out a lot so far and it has been a great thing for my spine health. I've had it a month. I love that it has the 2 different radii . I have only used the bigger radius.

I really like this wheel, because It’s sturdy! It is also great for helping deep tissue tensions! It has been really helpful for me to start my journey back to health.

This product is great for stretching and yoga. I like it much better than the sphere-shaped wheels for balance exercises.

First I thought that these wheels were warped factory rejects lol but all kidding aside, I really like this product because of its versatility. I am a big guy (280lbs.) and it holds my weight just fine.

I don’t know I needed this shaoe until I saw it, it’s great for my back because it’s oval rather than round. Hugjybtevimmend!
