Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips - 808 Running Wild

I was recommended the Salon Nail Effects strips by someone who regularly uses them. At the time of my purchase there was only 1 negative review for this product (style and color) and I was very hestitant to buy, but after reading other Salon Effects reviews I decided to risk it anyway. The product is definitely cheaper than the store but is the same product you would get at the store. It shipped quickly, I got it before the estimated delivery date.Now to address how to get a fantastic manicure with these strips. Read the directions, it may seam intuitive but if you don't read the directions and get a crappy manicure, then don't post a negative review. Nails must be completely clean, there is a top AND bottom clear film that must be removed to get to the actual color strip-I found out the hard way on the first nail. After the first 2 nails I found the best way to apply was to remove the strips from the packaging, remove the clear film from the side that will adhere to the nails and then apply (leaving the top film made the stip easier to apply to get the best fit, if both clear films are removed the strip was extremely flimsy). Once the strip is applied to the nail as you like, then remove the top film, press firmly and remove the excess. After the second nail I was able to get a perfect fit on each subsequent nail. Additionally, I read in a different review to heat the strips (I used a hair dryer) to make them more tacky. I applied some heat after all the nail stips were applied and the strips set just like a traditional liquid polish. The whole process took about a half hour from start to finish. They last about as long as a traditional manicure, if you use your hands alot, they will start to chip sooner, if less, you'll get more time out of it.Also, if you have short nails and can work cleanly, you can use 1 srip on 2 nails. I was able to use 5 strips for both hands and have the remaining strips available for another time.Great product!

I have tried many, many other nail stickers out there and Sally Hansen's are the easiest to apply and longest lasting. They can sometimes be difficult to remove so if you plan on changing your nail color/design every week these won't work for you, they stay on and great looking for weeks... sometimes 3 or more! I LOVE THEM and this design in particular is one of my 3 top favorites.

There is nothing better than the Sally Hansen effects, I have tried other brands and they are all junk. I put these on my toe nails and a clear coat of polish on top. Will not come off until I take them off no matter how long that is. They are amazing!!!

Beautiful colors, stay for a while and easy to apply. Taking it off takes a bit more effort than removing regular nail polish yet still easy.

Got these Nail polish strips for my daughter. She says she really likes them. They are easy to put on. They last about 10+ days.

Exactly as advertised- application takes practice, but the results are worth the effort. This product produces results that always get me compliments on my nails.

I followed the directions faithfully preparing and cleaning my nails. I couldnt get a single strip to stick to a single fingernail. Not even for a moment. Total fail.

I love the quality of the product and it arrived earlier then stated. I will have fabulos nails soon. :)
