Ordered a tropical themed frame and insert for a party at care home that I work at.It was delivered in great time and was of good material very sturdy and a good size We used it for photos at our tropical summer party. The frame and insert where bright ,well printed and personalised as you like.By mistake I ordered a different date on the frame and insert and when I reached out to the seller they where very understanding and re printed for me which was very kind. We have used this seller previously for a frame for the platinum jubilee which was also very good. We have used the frames for wall displays after the events to display photos of the day. I will be definitely be using this company for all other frames needed for future events can't fault them and the price is very reasonable.Thank you.xxx

Excellent product and fabulous customer service! I had missed changing a bit of the personalisation when I ordered, rather than print as was they called me (actually phoned me! Rare!) to check the detail, and it was amended. Product arrived, perfect!
