I started using these when I joined coaching class as my coach advised me to buy these.These are perfect for practice.Bounce is good, light weight - can do more rallies, predictable bounce and spin.I first ordered pack of 24 and then ended up ordering pack of 96.Only thing I hate is the white marks the balls leaves on my racket.

The ball is Good and light weight, Good for rallies, better than Artengo 40+ 1-Star
These balls are very good and consistent bounce and spin is their and very good for rallies. These are better than GKI-KungFu 1Star 40+ balls as well.I have also bought "Artengo 40+ 1-Star" but artengo balls have move bounce but inconstant bounce is there and they are heavier as well.
