Glad my son is good at putting things together! The board itself is heavy, but easily chips around the edges revealing chipboard underneath. Would benefit from having wheels versus static base. That being said this thing is HUGE and the angle you can move the drawing board to is great. Just disappointed in the quality of the board/packing

The tabletop came with a couple corners damaged. It’s not something worth returning and waiting on. I wont be drawing on the edges anyway. This is a good drafting table if you are looking for something to use temporarily and not long term. It has too many odd quirks. It’s very awkward to raise... have to prop one side in order to lift and tighten the other. If you prop the one side incorrectly you risk having the whole tabletop drop to the floor. It’s heavy.
