PART ONE - DISCLAIMERIf you're the kind of person who has a serious averse reaction to nails on a chalkboard - you're not going to like these casters.They're perfectly quiet when you sit still. But, the combination of a tiny bit of play, and a little bit of friction between the rubber outer wheel, and the plastic inner wheel/support causes some audible squeaks, emitted right from the wheels themselves.Not a big deal if you have a high tolerance for annoying sounds. I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about.PART TWO - ReviewConstruction - good, but there is room for improvement (squeaks)Durability - so far so good - will update if casters fail.Aesthetics - Solid. They look great on my aeron and they roll very smoothly.Others - No funky smells or off gassing from the rubber. Fair instructions at best, but all you do is pry out your existing casters with a flat blade - not rocket science.

Great value, great quality, and great service. l highly recommend them!Why didn't I buy these years ago; rather than fighting those old broken-down casters that made my office chair a chore to use rather than a joy to use??? I hated to use my office and desk because the chair was so hard to move; now l just glide all around the office with ease from desk to printer, to files, on the carpet, hardwood, or chair-mat! No noise, no marks, no difficulty, they transformed my office experience.

As far as I can tell they are exactly what they are alternate wheels for office chairs. They appear to fit just fine with no alterations needed. They are smooth rolling, quiet, and haven't marred the floor that I can see.

I bought two sets of wheels from two different companies just to compare the quality. And this one was $28.00 when I bought it and the other one $35.64 And I expected the other one would be better because its more expensive but NOT!. This, the cheaper one, is better! Now they dropped the price down to $25.99 so there is literally NO REASON for you to buy this one!! My chairs are MADE IN KOREA and we bought it about 12 years ago so i was worried that this might not fit but its UNIVERSAL so it fit! So don't worry about the fitting! JUST BUY THIS ONE! Definitely WORTH THE PRICE! I was gonna throw away this good chair for the broken wheels But I am SOOO Happy that these wheels gave it a new life and I think I can use this chair for another like 10 years!~!P.S. I never post pics with my reviews but I am with this product because I am just so happy the wheels are nice.

Bought these "just to replace" a couple of bad wheels. Figured I'd try them out. Gamble paid off BIG TIME. I love these wheels! My chair moves effortlessly (so much so I had to learn to sit without "pushing" - LOL). They make literally no noise, except when crossing the groves on my tiles floor. If I had a seamless floor, there would be no noise moving about at a "normal" speed. But these work so well we've gotten silly and fling ourselves across the living room for fun (don't do this a t home children - very dangerous)! LOL... At high speed they makes a little noise, but I guess that's just the tiles again.
