This stuff is expensive, but not so bad when you break it down. I find it to be a quick and delicious meal replacement that’s perfect for lunch, and it actually fills me up, especially when I add a piece of fruit or some veggies with it. So there’s 30 servings here, at around $90 for the canister, it’s roughly $3 a serving, which is quite cheap for what I could be spending even to pack my lunch. The taste is great and far better than other protein shakes I’ve tried. No aftertaste, no chalkiness. Just a delicious vanilla flavored drink (I always mix with skim milk.) Easy to transport too, (I put 8 oz of milk in a blender bottle and the powder in a small container, then mix right before drinking it.) It mixes smooth with a blender bottle, no chunks. When you follow the plan right, you will lose weight. Add exercise and it’s a winning combo. It keeps me from wasting money on unhealthy fast food choices.

I love the product. It is a very good vanilla that needs no enhancements,I feel like I've lost weight and I feel good using the product.

This is the best tasting protein shake that I have every had. You can mix it with water for fewer calories and it still by far beats other products out there.

great meal replacement with 10 oz. of water, milk and especially orange juice. really good tasting (vanilla flavored) drink. will fill you and easily allow you to skip a meal.
