THIS is the scale to buy. It's outstanding.
All I wanted was a digital scale that DID NOT do the thing where it says the exact same weight every time you step on it, including after taking a big dump. That's what my last two scales did, and from reading lots of reviews (particularly reading the one star reviews) and lots of comment threads online it appears that virtually all digital scales do this as an artifical way of making the scale seem consistent. The workaround was to weigh yourself holding an object that weighs a couple pounds to "clear" the memorized weight and weigh yourself again. This is the only scale I've found with which no one said it did this in the one star reviews, everyone says it's a good scale as far as measuring weight goes. Sure enough, it works perfectly. You can see the weight changing with your body shifting as it tasks itself with figuring out the average, and if you weigh yourself again it might change by .2 or so, which is what I actually want to see as it makes sense that it can vary depending on body movement. And it works great as just a scale if you don't want to use the app.The scale itself is very slick. I wear size 12 wide and it's plenty big enough. It's very easy to read, and the app is very nice. My BMI read the same as what my doctors office told me it was. I have doubts as to whether or not all that data really comes from the sensors, but it is interesting to look at the data and it's great how it keeps track. I've already lost over 5 pounds and 1.2% of my body fat since I got it and it charts out your weight changes and body fat changes over time.

SO EASY to USE!!
This smart gadget is so great! Ive had great results with this. You download the app, install your batteries and you start putting in your info. Once you follow the easy set up, then you're able to use your scale. This scale doesn't require me to have my phone necessarily near by, it will record and send all the info via WIFI. ITS AMAZING! It shows your your metrics, and is very user friendly.

Best Bluetooth scale at price
So easy to use you'll want to weigh yourself multiple times per day. I bought this to keep myself accountable and lose some weight. I researched lots of models and this one won by price and functionality across the board. The biggest selling point is the automatic user detection, saving weigh in even when not connected, connects to Google fit and other fitness apps, the electrical impedence function (which gives estimations of muscle, visceral fat, body water, etc..), and that it uses 3 AAA batteries rather than needing charging. My experience so far:. Opened the box, plugged in three provided batteries, downloaded the app, made an account, stood on the scale and everything worked seemlessly. The app works fine and has some options like to change app color and turn off sounds. You can see your history and see it graphed out. Easy to connect to Google fit and seems very accurate. I"dropped" some weight and gained some this morning and it showed accordingly. I will update review after adding user and having used it for a period of time. I highly recommend for everybody who is interested in tracking weight and estimates of other stats. Do not recommend if you do not plan to use the Bluetooth feature, it is a smart scale. Only two tiny issues raised in price while in my shopping cart $30.99 to $31.99 (I guess I forgot to click buy) and the ding when your phone gets new weight information (you can turn off) would be nice if there were options or ways to customize.

Arboleaf Bluetooth Body Fat Scale Review
The Arboleaf Bluetooth Body Fat Scale is a great buy for anyone wanting to track their weight and overall physical health. The scale has a slim and modern design and is fairly easy to setup. The accompanying Bluetooth-enabled app is available for both Apple (iPhone) and Android devices. One good feature is the ability to set a goal (lose/gain weight) and shows that goal beneath your current weight when it is displayed on the app. In addition to weight, the app has a "Measurements" tab that displays BMI, body fat, body type, and other factors. It also has a "History" tab that graphs out your weights and other statistics by week, month, and year. One option that I wish this view had was an ability to display daily measurements or at least show the date corresponding to each weight. I've seen this view on other apps and it is very useful. The "History" tab also shows body water, visceral fat, muscle mass, other similar information. The app allows the ability to add several users and view the data separately.Make sure to put the scale on a hard surface in order to get accurate results. Do not use on carpet or other similarly soft surfaces. Ceramic tile, hardwood floors, or concrete are better choices.Overall, this is a good buy and should meet the needs of the average health-conscious person.
