This silver color couscous steamer consist on two sections and a top cover. The base is were you put the water to bring to boil and the top is to place the couscous for steaming. this is a 6 liters medium size couscous for 4 people and up.

Good Steamer; Thin Bottomed Stew Pot
This couscouiere features a steamer of ample size, allowing the cook to prepare ample portions of couscous for five diners. However, the stew pot is made of thin aluminum which will burn ingredients very, very quickly. This is a problem if the cook is sauteing onions or garlic in oil when he begins the stew -- the oil will begin smoking soon after placing the vessel on the stove, even on a low flame. The cook can remedy this by steaming the couscous with a stock boiling in the stew pot; or he can use a heavy-gauge pot for the stew, setting the steamer on top: Note that the steamer is a standard size and will fit 4- and 5-quart stew pots perfectly. I prepare stock in a heavy pot with the steamer on top -- it works nicely.

How is material is good
I didn’t like it , it’s very bad material and it’s different than the photo in the site I threw it in the garbage it’s not worth to return itI always trust in Amazon they shouldn’t accept to brought this product in their company , I put one star but really it doesn’t. Worth it , it’s zero

Excellent Cuscus Pot
Love this it cooked my Maftool perfectly ;in addition to the meat it was cooked to perfection. I love the way they packed the product . However, I suggest before using this pot ,you must clean the pot from the inside , several times to see clear water coming out. And you must spread the upper portion of the pot with butter or ghee

I received the couscousier on time which was actually pretty fast shipping. I received it in perfect condition with no dents or flaws. I've used the couscousier and I've had no problems with it cooks well and works properly how it should. I definitely would buy again if I ever needed another one and would recommend it to anyone who wants to cook couscous in the traditional way.

Be careful food can burn if you don't keep an eye while cooking. But perfect for my needs. Really love this cooker for making couscous.
