Don’t buy an appliance online
The delivery crew were nervous about the condition of the stove and upon inspection we found the left back corner was very dented. I accepted delivery hoping it was just cosmetic damage and even with no pigtail included, I took a chance ( with lots of photos ) that with donor parts from the old range it would work. It did, but I will never buy another appliance sight unseen.

keyboard expensive to replace, broke within 3 years
I bought this three years ago; its now out of warranty and the keyboard and touchscreen both broke yesterday out of the blue. The WORST thing about this is that while it is plugged in, the broken keyboard will not stop beeping. This means we cannot use the stove (which works fine) without it beeping the whole time. While we wait to get it fixed, we're having to physically move the oven each time we want to use the stove, then put on strong earplugs to cook through the beeping. Also, the replacement parts for the keypad and control board are around $240 together. Not sure how much additional it will cost to have a human being come fix it, but I"m expecting to shell out 350 to fix it.Terrible.UPDATE: turns out this is a common known problem. If any water gets under the keypad, you can unscrew it from the stove, peel off the top layer, and gently clean it with q-tips and rubbing alcohol. There are many youtube vids. Minus point to frigidaire for 1) not pitting sealant around the keyboard where it attaches to oven to prevent water getting under there and 2) for offering no helpful troubleshooting when I called and being very pushy about signing me up for a repairman. I had to ask three times for the part number before they finally gave it to me because they were pushing me to hire one of their repairman for something that ultimately took us 30 min to fix (including time to watch some youtube about it).
