Illusion Luminous Glow Foundation SPF 30

Hourglass Illusion Luminous Glow Foundation SPF 30 This foundation is a great color match to my skin with full coverage. The foundation is lightweight with no added oils. It is easy to blend. The listed price is higher than I would normally pay for a foundation but it is an amazing quality and value.

This foundation was delivered and outside on a day that was, literally, freezing. It spent hours on my doorstep with freezing temp and I was concerned about product damage. It was thick and lumpy when I first opened it. The next day it was obvious the foundation was undamaged as it was smooth and creamy and easy to apply. I have redness to my skin so like to use foundation to cover and even out the tones, but prefer a light coverage. I put a small bit of this product in my hand, mixed in a small amount of moisturizer and applied over face and neck. This applied easily and evenly, covered the redness without being too heavy, lasted all day. The color is true to description. My skin has a glow (not oily or shiny… just light glow) I have many allergies and my skin will react to many make up brands, I had NO problem with this. My normal make up is Neutrogena, and this feels close to the same. I am very impressed with this product, but the price is more than I would normally spend, deducted a star. If the price was under $50. I would probably by again. It washes off easily with my normal face cleanser, but lasts all day.

This foundation has medium coverage. It doesn’t feel heavy. It goes on smoothly with a sponge. It blends in well with my skin tone. It does last all day. I like that it has SPF 30. There are a lot of shades to choose from. It hasn’t caused any skin irritation or break-outs.

If you're someone who's look for a little bit of glow in their foundation, this will work wonderfully for you. It goes on smoothly and blends wonderfully. It is a medium coverage that doesn't feel too heavy of the skin. It goes on very creamy but it does dry down and just leave a slight glow. There are a fair number of skin shades so hopefully you would find something that matches. I like that it has a little bit of SPF in it, just so that I know I'm always wearing something. My only concern is that I do think it's a little on the expensive side.
