Jennifer Tilly's Tiffany gives Chucky more than he bargained for when he revitalises her in a doll's body. She works perfectly as a double act with him reacting with jealousy and revenge every time he does the dirty on her although she contributes well to his imaginative killing methods.

Let's forget for a moment about the farcical cringe fests that followed Bride of Chucky. This is a revitalising take on the franchise that is full of laughs, plenty of gore and a film that does not let up for one single second! It isn't entirely believable that Charles Lee Ray was somehow seeing a woman like Tiffany before his death. Especially since there was no mention or clue about her before. But sometimes you have to invent things to put certain new events conveniently in place.For me, this was the last great Chucky film. I didn't care for Seed, Curse or Cult of Chucky even though they tried going back to basics in the last two. I even find the current television show, Chucky, equally ridiculous and now tiresome after a decent first season.As long as you have the first four in your collection then you're good.

Probably regarded as one of the best in the franchise, I'm glad I have it to watch over and over.

I would give it 2.5 stars if I could, because I found the movie just getting a bit ridiculous, I didn't particularly hate the movie since I managed to end it but it was a watch simply because I wanted to continue on with the child's play franchise. I have to say though it was nice to get some development in the chucky's character because it was the first time as a viewer where we got an insight into how chunky deals with different relationships regarding tiffany, and as a result if you could say, a cooperative manageable side to the character we get to witness. However the Tiffany's personality although just screwed, could have been developed and her involvement with chucky could be explained a little better as it seemed like her character was chucked at us for the pure reason as to bring a lead scary female doll character who 'gets it on' with him! The movie is detrimentally ruined by the blind involvements of the two teenage characters accompanying chucky and tiffany who don't seem slightly as level headed opposed to the Andy a much younger character in the previous films. They seem to only be in the film to promote more teens to start watching the franchise and bring a little amusement from idiocy. This film however compared to the next one, the seed, looks like an award winner.

Brilliant film dark humor, its great that Brad Douriff Still voices chucky after all these years and Jennifer Tilly was fantastic as a dark sexy girlfriend of chucky even when she voice her new possessed female bridal doll dark funny and fun to watch

Soy fan de la saga de Chucky y cuando supe que Scream Factory había restaurado en formato 4K Ultra HD la película "Bride Of Chucky" la compré de inmediato.Se ve espectacular, mejor que nunca, con una calidad de imagen fuera de serie, lo mejor es que llegó rápido y en perfectas condiciones, y si trae el Slipcover de colección. El único inconveniente es que no trae subtitulos en español solo en inglés.Si eres fan de Chucky debes darte la oportunidad de ver sus películas en este formato UHD!

Es ist beim 4. Chucky- Film einfach mal eine gute Abwechslung auch mal ein bisschen mehr Comedy mit hineinzunehmen, hat mir sehr gefallen, vor allem das sehr überraschende Ende war mega gut. Und das Bonusmaterial ist interessant und erstaunlicherweise auch auf Deutsch synchronisiert.
