Z: 35 Years of Nissan's Sports Car Hardcover – November 10, 2005

Would have given this five stars, but the one piece of Z history I was really looking for (1978 280Z - Black Pearl Limited Edition) was completely skipped over. Other than that - there is plenty of good reading!

Very good overview of the "Z" from concept to current production. As the original owner of a 1971 Datsun 240Z, I especially enjoyed the detailed section on the factory program of buying early 240Z cars for restoration and resale through dealerships during a lapse in "Z" production. Highly recommend this book to those who find the "Z" an object of automotive interest.

Gift for my husband's birthday - he loved it!

Having been around when the 240Z was introduced and having owned a 240Z lead me to become the proud owner of a '91 300 ZX. This book is a must have for any owner or fan of Z cars.
