I WEAR IT ALL THE TIME NOW!!!
Just found out I'm prego and wanted something to keep track of my heart rate and activity for my doctor's visits. This tracker is the best! I couldn't believe how cheap it was for all the features. My family loves that I answer my phone now with the call and text notifications and it's even motivated me to exercise more. It's awesome and the app connects seamlessly to the device and my other health apps (iPhone 8).

Never even turned on and seller asked me to delete this review
I read the instructions, charged the device, downloaded the app, etc, but the tracker never even turned on. I YouTube'd it, to make sure I was doing everything right. Out of the box, this thing NEVER TURNED ON.Normally, I'd ask for an exchange, but in this case, I just wanted my money back. I processed the return, then received a nice email from the seller telling me how to charge the device. I let the seller know that I'd already done that, but the seller then responded by asking me to DELETE MY REVIEW! Maybe this explains why most of the reviews here are positive. Interestingly, the emails came from a company called (in caps) "RICH PROFIT INTERNATIONAL."Other observations:- the device looks nice, sleek- you have to remove the bands to charge it, and it requires some force and grip to pull them off. If you have carpal tunnel, arthritis, etc, this could be painful.- I wonder how many times you can remove and replace the bands before they start falling off on their own, while you're wearing the device.

Going Back
Not sure why all the positive reviews? The quality seems nice enough, but I was unable to get mine to vibrate for text notifications. When I contacted the sellers they said “try again”...... I also have an issue with the language barrier which is very apparent in both the directions and even on the app. It makes both virtually impossible to understand or use, especially if you actually need them to troubleshoot. Also, when you get a text, the first line flashes across the armband once. No way to review it, so once it’s gone, it’s gone. Going back to Garmin....

I found the heart rate was not accurate.
I liked everything about the device but the heart rate.. It was easy to setup and comfortable to wear. The phone app was also easy to use. The only issue I found was when I was working out the heart rate did not keep up with my workout. If you are only using it to monitor walking and and low impact workouts it would be fine. But if you are working out and need to track your heart rate in close to real time it's not the device for you.

Good value
In spite of the "cons" I am listing, I find this band to be useful and a good value. I needed steps - not GPS. I also wanted a band that was not so large that it covered my arm. It is well made, works well, and seems reliable.Pros: waterproof, small, light, comfortable, accurate (according to a comparison to my iPhone activity tracker), good battery life, reasonable price, customizable vibrating alarms, easy sync.Cons: the product guide is terrible (I knew the band needed to be removed to expose the USB for charging - unfortunately, it was not noted anywhere and took a significant internet search to understand that you need to pull HARD on one of the watch bands to expose the USB), the app cannot adjust sleep times - it comes already set for an 11pm bedtime - it means that if you go to bed earlier, it will not record your sleep quality prior to 11pm (of course, I have no clue to the accuracy of the sleep data), inconsistent vibrating notice with SMS.

App hard to read-print is too small
I just set it up for the first time. The app is pretty intuitive however, some of the text is so tiny I can't read it--even with my glasses on. This is frustrating. Unlike most apps you cannot increase the size of the items on the screen. I hope this isn't a problem :(

Overpriced Pedometer
This is a fairly simple product. By no means is it excellent. I think it's off on a few of it's "abilities". To fully set it up to work with my phone, I had to research it on YouTube. The product didn't come with instructions, only what the functions were that it could supposedly do. In my opinion, it's an over priced pedometer. That's it. It doesn't track my heart rate accurately. The sleep function doesn't work. I'd say spend a few more dollars to get a fitness tracker that does more of what you want.

Decent so far, for the price
I bought this to replace my much-more-expensive FitBit, that would not charge after one year. I have to sync it to my phone once in a while, or it won't count steps, which is a bother, but other than that, it's been performing OK. The display is not easy to read or to "swipe" to see how many steps you have at any given moment, but it performs well for an inexpensive alternative to the unreliable FitBit products.
