Very light. I ordered the xs but could use an xxs if they made it. (I am 5'2' and 105-110lbs) I love that there are no zippers or loose straps. Although it is a little big, I am still able to get a very snug fit. The pack does not bounce with a little or a lot of weight in it. The pockets are super stretchy and can hold a lot. I prefer this pack over my Salomon Adv skin 12 pack.
