I get overheated easily. I don't know why but these pills are perfect to help me get up in the morning and go for my runs without filling my stomach with a hot beverage.

I've purchased this twice already by a personal recommendation, and I've already recommended it to others and it's definitely worked wonders. I can't really consume caffeine in other ways due to a bladder condition and especially with coffee I just get an upset stomach. These caffeine pills are not as acidic as drinking coffee, and it's not running through me like drinking would! I try not to consume more than 2-3 capsules per day (400mg-600mg) and I do take these on the daily as this is my main source of energy/caffeine. I actually take one as soon as I wake up so I feel it by the time I'm in the middle of getting ready for my day (of course drinking plenty of water during this time). Just a note, I have tried only a couple other brands of caffeine pills, Vivarin and another sort of generic (I can't remember) but they were pressed powders and I really like Kaged Muscle for it being in capsules and it's very easy to swallow and there is practically no taste.

I was only recently tipped off to the benefits of caffeine in a marathon. As a Organic Plant based Vegan runner that runs intending to get a Boston Marathon Qualification when I turn 60 in a few months, I decided to try this because it said it was organic.I also was suspicious that coffee may be bad for my teeth, (can't prove it but I recently gave coffee up and it seems like a good move).But I still some days I need to get my day rolling quickly.This seems to be an excellent product, supporting alertness with no jitters. Just this week I decided I can get by with half a capsule.It more than pays for itself when I see that I just get more done.I intend to take a full capsule a half hour before my next 26.2 mile marathon next week.
