Good bearings. Make sure you drive the seal all the way in! I made it flush with the tub and the drum rubbed on it and made awful noise so I had to take it apart again and push it in the rest of the way. If the seal fails due to that it is my fault.The washer is nice and quiet again!Suggestion - spend a few extra minutes to remove the tub counterweights. There are 3 bolts per counterweight, they are not hard to remove, and it makes removing the drum unit MUCH easier. With the weights removed I could easily lift the drum assembly off the springs and out of the washer by hand.

I bought these bearings in Jan 2021 and installed these replacement bearing myself after my washer sounded like a jet plane taking off. It lasted almost 3 years before they got loud again. I see others for $20 but for the work it takes to put these in, I don't want replace these again in a year or so.

Our 6 year old Whirlpool WFW9750 sounded like a jet plane about to take off every spin cycle. The local repair guy said to just get a new washer, he would have to replace the entire drum assembly. Almost did it, too, until I remembered that the bearings had been replaced once before about 6 months after we bought it, under warranty. I researched a bit and found videos on how to replace the bearings, and bought this set.It turned out to be fairly easy to do. The videos on the seller’s site were comprehensive and had some good tricks to make the process quicker. It took me about 3 hours from unplugging the washer to starting a load of clothes, and that was with taking breaks to review the videos. I’m fairly handy, and probably have more tools than most non-mechanics, but I am convinced that anyone with basic hand tools and the skills to change a spark plug can handle this job. The hardest part was moving the washer into the kitchen to take it apart. The drum is a little heavy too, but I managed to lift it in and out without help.The bearings are working great, I can barely hear the spin cycle now. Shipping was really fast. From other reviews and the general feeling of quality of the new parts, I expect that the rest of the washer will die before these bearings wear out.UPDATE 3/31/19:Well, I was wrong. The rest of the washer is still going strong, but the bearings started making noise at around the 1 year mark. Now at 16 months you can easily wobble the drum by hand and feel it rock on the worn out bearings, and it makes the insanely loud roaring noise while spinning.That said, I'm buying another set (from this seller), because I'm not convinced that Nachi or the seller is at fault. This will be the third time replacing the bearings - once by the manufacturer under warranty at 6 months (which was apparently common for this washer according to the repair tech), and once when I wrote this review. I believe there may be a defect in this model of washing machine that puts some undue out-of-axis stress on the bearings. For that reason, I still give these a 5 star rating. We need to limp our washer along for another 6 months, so the price of new bearings is worth it to us. Next time I think we will try Samsung or LG.

Parts fit perfectly. Unit is smooth and quiet. Customer service was responsive when I had a question and been using washer machine for a few months now and no issues at all.

I got my bearing kit in and installed them they worked good for 13 months. the front bearing went out so I sent them a e-mail and told them it only worked for just over 1 year. They told me that I would have to take pictures of the shaft and seal and if it was water damage they would replace them (not cover). because of there kit it also tore up the outer tub. I just trashed my washer and got another one. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. If they had told that when I order them I would have not ordered from them.

Pretty easy install with following along with the videos. I did have a question at one part so I emailed to see and they got back to me the same day and I was able to finish and get my machine up and running that day. Good customer service and very high quality product.

Tis is my second time buying this product for my washer. It worked very well and the bearing only failed due to how the washer was designed! This product save me a lot of money!

Perfect fit and high quality bearings. Good tutorials online to get them installed correct. This was my second bearing replacement and this kit was much better for a lower price, highly recommended.
