Very disappointing looks nothing like pictures very small says it comes in small soft pouch came in plastic clear bag wondering if its silver tbh wouldn't recommend or buy again in a word crap!

I was very pleased with this charm, it's very pretty, I don't know how long it will stay silver and gold (seen the other reviews) but so far so good. One thing I will say it's very well made, the little heart is cute, I wish the manufacturer had produced this in better quality materials ( we would still buy them!)

ordered 9 different letters,just thrown loose into a big cardboard box,this letter 'T' not in the box.Amazon has no way of reporting this! very dissapointing,and what a waste of money. Dont risk ordering anything like this.
