In general, I am okay with the chair, because compared to other chairs that you can get for this amount of money this should be the better deal - but only if you are lucky to receive one of the working ones. It supports your back nicely, it is slightly bigger compared to others and it is soft, so it is comfortable.However, it took me two hours to assemble this and tremendous efforts to do so. I wasn't able to feel my hands afterwards because one of the holes for the pins were perhaps wrongly manufactured to be a little bit away from where it should be. As a consequence, I had to apply a lot of pressure and force to bend the plastic part in order for it to fit where it should be. The instructions weren't the clearest, and in my case perhaps there was something wrong with the parts. At the end I managed to assemble it together, but I still wasn't able to put the last pin because it's simply impossible to do so and I gave up trying to do so. The chair works fine now, but I hope it won't break down at some point due to this missing pin.Overall it kinda leans to the left and right and the core mechanism is not the smoothest (makes a "click" when you get up), so I am not super happy.If you are very tall - perhaps you should look for a taller chair. I am 172cm and it's just the right size for me.

Arm rests need to be about 300mm higher and the chair on max height needs to be at least 300mm higher . Overall this chair is not comfortable for myself and has been passed to my ten year old who finds it the right height.This chair is not suitable for adults .

Very comfortable, easy to assemble and for the price honestly, good quality as well.

So I bought two of these chairs, for my wife and I to use in the home office.easy enough to put together , basic and functional chairs.However after a few months both chairs have experienced the same fault where the back support just snaps.This is where the back of the chair attaches to the base and in my case it caused me a slight injury when the chair went.These Chairs in my opinion are of cheep quality and a bit dangerous, I simply cannot recommend.

I ordered this chair as the executive chair I already had was too big for me. This Chair is the perfect size, I can now sit back into the seat properly and use the back rest for support. It is very well made! Very Comfortable and well worth the money. I would highly recommend. Oh and yes it arrived very quickly. It was ordered on the 24th Sept and arrived on the 26th. The product was well advertised but I had some difficulty in following the assembly instructions. The chair is very comfortable to sit in and fits the back well, but the arms are 75mm too low and thus the chair is virtually unusable as a comfortable 'arm-chair' for working. It's really more like a typists chair which was very disappointing. I was also confused with the company who initially stated the chair would be delivered by 'China Post' who were not on the web, on a certain date. I then emailed them back to say I would not be in on that day but would leave the garage open for the delivery and I would leave note pinned to my front door so they would not have wasted journey. They replied that the order was at my local depot and would be delivered either one or two days before the original delivery date. It did not arrive until the first acknowledged date. I don't think any executive would buy this chair, so the advertisement is totally misleading. I rate it 3 out of 5 because it is ergonomically quite comfortable and it would be greatly enhanced if the arms were 75mm higher. It's certainly NOT an execuitive chair, but it is value for the money it cost to buy.A disappointed customer

Bought three of these based on reviews, fiddly to put together and after using them for the last 5 months all three of them have broken, on one the arm cracked and snapped, the other two cracked on the top corner, very disappointing.These have not been used daily either, spend a little more to get something that will last.

An okay chair for the price. Not the most sturdy but should hold your weight if up to 20st or so. It is not the easiest to put together, esp the armrests which inconveniently screw into the back making alignment of the screws to the screw holes difficult as you literally have to bend the arms into position. Not easy as it is pretty stiff plastic.The right armrest initially snapped due to the rigidity and the screws attempting to hold it in place. To their credit, the seller sent me a new armrest within a few days even though they're based in China!If this chair lasts six months, I'll be happy enough for less than £30.
