Wear this while sparring!
It's my first head gear and I am happy with the quality and fit. Feels comfortable, absorbs impact and stays in place most of the times.Obviously down side is that it will trap more heat and you will sweat more. Will need a bit of getting used to.

I am a state level player. This head guard is prise worth . This will protect ypur head like helmet . I had tried many products but i like thus most at this ptise every player shold use it .You can buy it.But it has a problem that it gets scratcers easily but does not affect gameplay.
