Delicious for charcuterie or Instagram recipes
Truthfully, I bought this feta cheese to try the TikTok viral recipe of feta cheese with cherry tomatoes and pasta and it came out super delicious the feta had a great flavor in comparison with the fresh cherry tomatoes and I will totally make it again. It would also do really well on an appetizer platter or a charcuterie board again because the flavor is so delicious and feta goes with a lot of things.

Decent Feta, second best I've had this side of the Atlantic
It's not the finest Feta you can get, but possibly among the more authentic ones you can get in the US.It's closer to the Balkanic tradition of Feta it terms of taste and consistency.It would really benefit from being transported in a secure brine filled container to preserve freshness.

It was really dry
After trying feta made of goat cheese i did not like this one... the goat cheese feta was really gamey had to get used to it but was creamy and delicious then trying this one cause it was a dollar cheaper made me realize im going for the more expensive one. This one is dry would dry my mouth and just tasted of salt and vinegar.
