Sturdy easy to fix
Great for hanging from a bean. Punch bag hung in garage. Fittings provided were good.

Perfect for me
Only been up for one day so I'll be sure to update if it survives the next few months.Screwed into wood beam to support a 36kg punchbag.Took about 6 minutes to fix and seems sturdy enough, but time will tell. Allows reasonable amount of freedom to swing in any directionThe key criteria for me was that it's quite compact - I don't have a lot of height in the room so needed to hang it as high as possible.It's just one welded seam supporting the bag which seems a little risky but I'm hoping it will last for years!

Perfectly fit for purpose. Holding up a very heavy punching bag off a wooden beam. Easy to install into a wooden ceiling beam, no issues with the supplied fixings, it is definitely not going anywhere!

Our punch bag is up
I used the item to mount the punch bag. It was very successful

Rubbish bolts
The thread on one of the bolts had worn away. I managed to get one in and the other one chewed up the wood so I had to buy my own bolts and make 2 new holes to hang the hook. It's up and it holds a 50kg bag, but the bolts are important and they suck.
