I'm really happy with this purchase. The powder is very fine citrus-y granules that mix well in grapefruit or orange juice. It is clear there really is nothing else in this bag except for bergamot powder. Strong bergamot aroma, healthy orange color,so it has not been excessively heat dried. The flavor is tart, but not tart like a lemon. Tart with a hint of sweetness. Bergamot is rich in lots of different polyphenolic constituents that are beneficial for your heart and vascular system. My husband takes the extract capsules (not this product), and it has lowered his blood pressure and kept it down, which is amazing. I use this product on general principles, and because I really like it. The maker of this product did a great job with it. I hope they maintain the quality.

I am trying to drink as much bergamot tea as I can. I have read and heard that it is wonderful for possibly lowering cholesterol naturally. I make huge pots of bergamot tea daily and drink it often. I just found the wonderful Powdered version which I add to my tea also. The taste is so delicious and citrusy and if it helps with cholesterol lowering I am thrilled. I just turned down a cholesterol drug that was $796 a month. Who wants the terrible side effects if you can do something naturally!? I will come back in a few months and report back my findings.

I put 5mg twice a day in my tea to lower my LDL.( Bad cholesterol). In 2 mos it dropped from 139 to 122.I won’t say it will work for everyone.If you’re healthy and have a strong immune system,I recommend it!

So I put this Bergamot Orange Powder in my green smoothie today and the taste is awful!!!I will never do that again!Will have to buy some veggie capsules and make some pills because this is the worst thing I ever tasted!

This bergamot powder is flavorful, and potent. Perfect!
