It’s so bitter it’s hard to use

LDL lowered
My LDL cholesterol was at 105. My Doctor wanted me on a Statin. I decided to try something myself. I got this Bermagot powder. Been using it twice a day for about 5 months. Just had my cholesterol checked and my LDL 79, HDL 59 and overall cholesterol 131. I believe it works. Thanks to Bermagot.
