Its a very good snack

Not quite Horlicks, but close. Too expensive though, since each envelope has only a few tablets. Why doesn’t Horlicks reintroduce their tablets since there still appears to be a market?

As a child, Horlick’s Malted Milk tablets were available in gallon jars and frequently seen in Asian stores as well as in corner drug stores. I loved them.Now days, Horlick’s offers malted milk powder for making chocolate milk but doesn’t offer the tablets.These are a great alternative to the no longer available Horlick’s tablets.It’s not earth shattering, but I’m happy to see I can still get a childhood favorite.

The taste was not great. I have had Malt Tablets before made by whomever made Horlicks and this was nothing close to that brand. I was unable to determine the age of this item and that may have been a factor impacting the taste and consistency. There is no English on the packaging except the name of the product so the ingredients cannot be determined. I don't think that it is fair to give this type of review because my opinion may be solely based upon my taste buds so take it this way only please. It may have been freshly produced and I couldn't tell, there may have been an ingredient in its contents that may have been disagreeable to my liking, but all this could be different from someone else's preference. All I can say is that it is nothing like what was used to be sold as Horlicks tablets so if your quest is to re-live that experience, this would not necessarily be the correct pursuit of such an endeavor. The item cannot be returned as it is food, and the packets are also very small.

Excellent nostalgic candy, taste exactly like Horlicks malted tablets of the 1980s. If you miss Horlivks, then you must try this one; you will finish a pack by yourself

Love the product but kind of pricey for the amount in each bag.

I grew up loving Horlick's Malted Milk Tablets. My grandmother would buy jars of them and as I love malts, and malted milk balls. I read a review that said these are the closest things to Horlick's. While this might be true, I assume it is true, it does not make it accurate. They re not really anything like them. These are more like malted chocolate milk tablets. They are sweeter than the regular ones and have chocolate taste. They just do not bring back the childhood memories of the original :(However, saying all that, these are good. If you like malted milk, especially malted chocolate milk, these are good. As this is not my thing, I find it hard to say "these are excellent", they might be to the person who wants that.Anyways, back to my search for true Horlick's Malted Milk Tablets!!

I buy these for my mom every year. It’s the closest we’ve found to hortlicks malted milk tablets she used to eat as a girl.
