This works great and was a replacement and very easy to install. We use it for an electric fence around the garden. Not only does it keep the wildlife out of the vegetable garden but it shocked the neighbor good when he attempted to steal some corn! I bet he won’t be sneaking around anymore! 😉✌️😂

My battery for my Parmak Magnum Solar fencer lasted 3 years of continuous use, here in the strong New Mexico sun. When it started reading inconsistently and then finally did not register a charge (see photo). I knew it was time to replace the battery - you just pull the top lid off the fencer, disconnect/connect the leads, and you are done! I also noted that I could spin the lid 180 degrees, so that the solar collector is on the opposite side of the front panel controls, which is very useful to me in one area of my fence due to the sun angle.I have used Parmak solar fencers for 12 years in multiple locations - they are strong and really last!

We purchased this to replace the battery in our solar fence charger. It seems to be working well, although I wish it was a little stronger. Much cheaper route than buying an entire new fence charger.

I am on my 3rd over 12 plus years in my solar charged electric fence so lasts 6 plus years. No issues throughout the years including really cold spells, below 0 F.

I have two older units I bought from a neighbor that the batteries were not charging and dead. I purchased two new batteries at almost $90/pc for batteries that do not work.Amazon states they will not take batteries that do not work back???

My original battery finally died. This new battery fit perfectly and has been going strong for over a year
