I am more that happy to give this product 5 stars both because I absolutely love it and because the company is so very considerate.I'm a huge tea drinker at work, especially in the colder months, because the coffee is dreadful and I love tea. Unfortunately I need to drink my hot water out of the same disgusting coffee pot that brews that vile sludge they call coffee with extra burnt taste. My work tea water is tainted to say the least. Loose tea is the way to go in my situation because I can control the amount of tea I'm using to both mask the coffee flavor and get that full amazing fragrant tea that I adore. Tea is an experience!The reality was that there was absolutely no way to get the loose tea experience at work in a travel mug size without having something floating in my mug and burning the crap out of my mouth because the tea is scalding hot. I was bringing two travel mugs to work to allow a cool down time and going through crazy amounts of bagged tea while my loose leaf tea was shelved at home.When I saw this product, I wasn't 100% about it but it seemed to be a solution to my tea problems and was it ever.Here are the best features of this product from a tea drinker's perspective.1. It's super easy to clean.2. It's super easy to fill with water and tea.3. It doesn't leak.4. The glass allows the tea to cool to a perfect temperature and the sleeve both insulates the tea and prevents your hand from burning because the glass get HOT.5. I love watching the tea brew.The only thing I'm not super crazy about is the top. We are not allowed garbage cans at our desk, so I need to empty my infuser and fill my container with water at the same time, and then I go back to my desk and add the tea to the infuser. The problem is that the infuser is on the bottom and in order to get to it I need to flip it upside down in the sleeve and hold it between my legs while I fill my infuser with tea. Now I could make multiple trips but that is a hassle and it really only takes a few moments to do.After the product was delivered, and I had an opportunity to use the product for a few days, I was contacted by the company just to verify I was satisfied with the product. They also provided me with a recipe book. Really great experience all around. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

I like many of the things about this item, for example, the fact that it's Borosilicate glass with the necessary neoprene sleeve, or else you would not be able to handle it with hot liquid. Here's what I don't like: since the infuser is on the bottom of the container, you cannot remove the tea once it's at strength desired because it's screwed into the bottom of the mug. If they made both the bottom and the top flat, then you could theoretically remove the infused contents. However, then you would lose the handle and clip portion. As is, the hot tea keeps on brewing and brewing. I can usually get through half of the thing without it becoming too darn strong to drink. You may use regular tea bags and such in it, and that works for me also. Forget hot coffee, it just didn't work. I don't like cold coffee, so I did not try the "cold brewed" coffee thing. I love the metal strainer, but now I can't microwave it. You cannot use this item without the empty infuser because the infuser has the silicone ring around it to stop leakage. All in all, if I thought it through, I would not have purchased it. So far, it's great for bagged tea and it's not leaked yet. However, don't overtighten, or I can see it breaking very quickly.

I love to infuse my water, but this bottle was too small for this. I drink a lot more water than what this holds! So I've been using it daily for my cold coffee, which it works perfect for!! I put the coffee grounds in the night before, let it sit in the fridge over night and have perfect cold coffee in the morning. This was a bit of a learning curve for me. I thought I could take the filter part out then screw the bottom on with out the filter. LOL, nope! It has to have the filter with the rubber seal on to keep it from leaking!

Dear Pijio,Inc,Thank you so much for very prompt delivery of my glass infuser . I am LOVING it!! Especially because it came in purple . I am not using it for tea. I am putting crystals in the infuser and having the benefits of Gem water all day long. I have used Citrine to feel more energized and now I am using Shungite which has powerful anti-oxidants and sheilds from electro-magnetic radiation from computers, cell phones, microwaves. I recommended your product to my FB group Stone Snobs ( although we are ANYTHING but snobby)- just a bunch of like minded crystal lovers, all over the world. Concept of this product is great, I live having the diffuser at the bottom, brews much better and disperses throughout the cup. I would have given 5 stars if the lid had been different, you have to remove the lid to drink from it, which is not convenient especially while driving in the car. and then it is like drinking from a jar. The cover for the jar is nice but would be better if it wasn't even glass but made from some sort of aluminum like many orther coffee travel mugs which then makes cover unnecessary, holds heat better and is lighter. Company customer service is great, hope they redesign it,

I purchased this infuser and was so excited when I got it, I am a huge tea drinker and every infuser I have purchased has the infuser placed at the top, so one drink and its done infusing, so this brilliant company placed it at the bottom!! I tried it out and was frustrated with the fact that it leaked A LOT! So I emailed the company and vented my frustration. Immediately I had a response and a replacement on the way. I received the replacement and immediately noticed that there is a rubber seal in the cap. My original one didnt have this, hence the leak! all that being said, I love this bottle!! I have done cold tea, hot tea and cold brew coffee and its AWESOME! The Neoprene sleeve is a must use when doing hot. overall its awesome and I really hope they decide to make a bigger one!
