Hole in bottom
Product arrived with a small hole in the bottom. I will see how long it holds up, mostly because I don't even feel like trying to return it right now. Otherwise, overall it seems pretty good.

Bought this for my daughter for school and she’s only used it 3 times and the zipper already broke. She was so excited to get this backpack because of the color and she likes that it had an extra pouch. and is now sad because one of the zippers broke. It’s not worth the price! Also it’s very stiff
