Initial Battery Replacement Challenge
I loved this machine. Have had it three months, and wondered why anyone would spend more on such a device. Then the batteries started dying, and I tried to replace them. Operative word, tried. It's been a nightmare. Trying to get the cap off the bottom was a bit of a chore, but I got it off. So far, after maybe 20 times, with and without the batteries, I cannot get the cap back on. I mean, I know it's cheap, but it shouldn't be that difficult to put batteries in. Needless to say, I won't be buying this cheapy again.UPDATE: I just replaced the battery again, and it was a piece of cake. So it may be a cheapy, but for that one hiccup (and a bruised knuckle), I'd definitely buy it again. So it goes from 1 star to 4. I changed the title too.

Not as good as the older model
Bought one of these more than 15 years ago, it worked every day for those 15 or so years, even with a broken cap on the battery end. Finally quit, so I assumed it would be wise to replace with the same model. Wrong. Three months and it has already stopped working. Of course it can not be returned or replaced, so I will be researching other brands. Definitely not as good as the older model!

Not Good
I received the tooth brush on May 15th. The package was opened and the tooth brush had figure prints all over it and the batteries were missing. I am probably just going to throw it out!
