Was looking for decorative lights to fix around the ceiling corniche for a Christmas party at home. The challenge with led strips was either the length or ability to extend or the price. Another concern was the method of installation as needed something that was easy to fix and strong enough to take the weight of the led strips.Then I came across these copper wire led lights. I ordered the 20 meter strip and here are my practical observations:1. The entire 20 meter roll barely weighs half a kg and hence it's extremely light weight to install. Just used thin strips of transparent tape and it was installed. The tape cannot be seen and very easy to remove without damaging the paint.2. The length was approximately 20m and the copper wire is naturally very easy to bend around the corners.3. The USB power plug is a very convenient feature as it can be powered through a normal power point or in couple of instances I used a power bank when there was a power outage. Also due to USB source I know that it consumes lesser power than a mobile phone.4. The lights are bright and spaced properly for an even distribution of light.After installing the first roll within 30 min, I ordered another 20m roll for the rest of the room and it was perfect. It's been 3 months almost and we've still not removed it cause it looks awesome. All absolutely working. These are probably the best ambient lights one can buy. Here’s why:- the bulbs are LED, only unlike the regular string lights, they don’t fuse. They haven’t fused on me in 3 years so you get the drift. LED’s have much better longevity as compared to cheap light bulb ones that one would typically get.- they’re not the cheap looking white, red, blue colours. It’s a classic ambient yellow. Super soothing.- the wire is copper. I’ve got over 30 meters of this installed in my house. It’s not an eyesore at all. No stupid looking blips for bulbs hanging off a cable. These are integrated into the wire.- like the typical string lights, they don’t lose brightness after a while. Not even after 3 years.I’m not sure if they’re waterproof. I think the listing says it is, but I really wouldn’t take a chance. If you’re going to take the pains of install them around the house, and not remove them, these are amazing. Super reliable.They’re actually just bright enough for a nice warm party or chill at home kind of ambience.

It works perfectly fine. The lighting quality is slightly different from that of a usual rice/string light. It seems pretty flexible and sturdy and of good quality. It works fine with a battery bank or any other adapter. Just hope it was a little inexpensive.

It's a very good string of lights and fits my purpose well. I've used this as a bottle light and am using it as night light. I've connectedtge USB to an old charger. I am very happy with the product. It's my opinion that the lights would work well where once it is set up it is not disturbed. If the lights are constantly changed and removed there might be a possibility of lights breaking.
