We have a pitbull and 3 cats at home, and this is seriously the only thing that has worked. I’ve tried enzyme cleaners, angry orange, and more. I’m very sensitive to dog, urine and litter box smells and would obsessively clean daily to try to make things smell fresh. This stuff works like a DREAM. It’s super easy to use, smells fresh and I keep it in a spray bottle (diluted per instructions) and mist over our couch and in every room of my home whenever I detect a smell or it needs a little refresh. My wife loves the smell of it too, and she’s very picky and hates overly strong fragrances. You get so much out of one bottle bc it’s concentrated, it’s an amazing value and I will keep re-buying this until I die. This product has helped me relax and be able to get the musty smells out of our home for good, and has seriously saved my mental health. I could cry happy tears. We have a female cat who pees and poops around the house to be petty. We’ve had her at the vet, changed litters, EVERYTHING. She’s just an ass. This is the first product that I’ve used that has COMPLETELY taken away the smell of cat and damn near everything else. My house smells clean. My couches and blankets smell FRESH. I cannot recommend this enough. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!! From the bottom of my very tired heart, THANK YOU!!

Works great to neutralize odors. I’m going to say I don’t know about carpet but if you have carpet and a pet has urinated on it the best thing to do is remove the carpet especially if it’s been more than a couple times. Once an animal urines on porous carpet or furniture I think it’s a no brained to get rid of the carpet. This works as it should clean hardwood and baseboards

I bought this after reading through all the reviews. It smells good, but that sure didn't last. I bought a house that had pet stains on the concrete floors in the basement. Smells pretty bad. I've used a couple other products, but thought I'd try this one. No good. The next day you wouldn't have known I did anything. UPDATE: the company reached out to me and refunded me for my purchase without me ever asking them to do so. They also advised me that deep stains on concrete can take multiple heavy applications to be effective. I'm probably not buying any more of the product, but with customer service that good, I sure wouldn't be afraid to try them again on another application.
