I love this tea. I always combine it with the Detox tea by the same company. I sometimes also throw in Celestial Seasonings Peppermint tea, just because I love peppermint tea. I typically allow it to steep at least 15 minutes, and the next morning, I'm off to the bathroom. And I'm usually off to the bathroom a few times throughout the morning into the afternoon, depending on what I've eaten. I never take it longer than the recommended 5 days at once. I usually go 3-4 days and then take a few days off, then back on depending on what I've eaten...if I've scarfed down something terrible, then YES, I drink it. If you are feeling bloated after a holiday binge, or summer binge, or weekend binge, or dangit I've had enough binge, then drink this tea and release all of your..."bloating."

I love the taste of this tea! Not harsh at all. I drink it a few nights a week and helps me with regularity!

I really like this tea. It’s not as strong as the super slimming which is great. This doesn’t give you any cramps at all as for the other, I’d get minor cramps. Really wonderful tea to have to help with digestion without giving you the runs..

I personally can attest to this product !! I've suffered with sluggish bowels all my life, I've never used for weight loss, the teas have been a "God" sent!!! I sip on a cup (hot) about 3pm every other day... And by 9:30pm I always receive a warning (stomach) gurgles, it never fails!!! No cramps, nausea. I head for the hills, I'm never disappointed. I expelled on 1 trip, no expelled gas or loose matter. My Gastrointestinal Dr. Suggest that it be used everyday, but I receive great results as is!!! Trust and believe these teas.... I drink this tea every night. Helps with bathroom regularity in the morning. Without it I feel bloated the next day.

I usually buy this tea at my local grocery store but for the price of 6 boxes on here, it’s a steal. I really don’t have a need to use this all the time but trust, 3 teabags and a few hours later will fix your constipation! Some of the other stool softeners out there taste awful and don’t work. You’ll be running to the toilet with glee after using this tea.
