The product instructions indicate that you should use the Explorer browser to set up the product. This is because the admin site that's used to configure the product does not have a secure certificate. The latest version of Google Chrome won't allow pop-ups or redirects by default for non-secure sites. To work around this, go to the login screen and click on the "not secure" label in the URL bar, then click on "site settings". Scroll down to "pop-ups and redirects" and change the setting to "allow". From there, it's easy and you can avoid having to install Explorer.

it's ok, it does what I need it too, I only need it for one room, but I was expecting a bit better, its signal doesn't go through any walls. they also included a little card saying they would give me a 10 dollar giftcard if I gave them a five star review, so I wouldn't believe all the reviews that you see. EDIT: it worked ok for a few weeks, then started needing to be reset. I bought the netgear and haven't had a problem with it.

This WiFi range extender helps me a lot. It covers up to my front yard where I used avoid to stay there since my phone get very weak signal at the front. Now I also get very good WiFi signal In the basement. I think the 4 antennas really did the excellent job to get strong and stable signals. I am very happy to own this product.

Installation was a snap; my router has a WPS button; push it, then the WPS button on the plugged-in repeater, and you're done! The repeater is very effective: the wi-fi signal received by my phone doubled in strength (from half to full) on the phone's signal strength indicator.

Frontier is "capped out" at my location, so I can't get internet (except satellite - ugh). A neighbor across the street has agreed to share theirs, so I put my firewall and wireless router at their house at a window (metal mobile homes), and this unit taped to the window at my house (also metal). It broadcasts its signal down the "metal tube" of my house to my office and to the bedroom nearly 75' away, with a strong signal. Of course it does not solve the lousy service problem: when there is no internet, or poor internet, that's what you get. But if the service is working like it is supposed to at 4 mb/s, I actually get over 6.2 mb/s at my house. Pretty good when Frontier is working right...

I purchased this product to extend my wifi for upstair which I have zero signal. After 15 min setup as "wifi extender" I now have full signal on my second floor... wonderful product. I have no issues setting up the device. open my laptop browser (using existing wifi) typed in the url and able to login. Select Wizard -> extender-> apply. After the router rebooted, I need to find out the new assigned IP address. Now type in the new IP on the browser, login, disabled DHCP, applied and done. Highly recommend this product. It's cheap and works wonder.

I really am very happy with this product. It works so well. I love it. It’s easy to set up once you figure out instructions. I did follow those given by someone responding to another customers help request, but the instructions included with product are easy and fast to follow. I did have a difficult time seeing the indicated web site and password due to the super light ink...pale light green...had to use a magnifying glass to see the wording. Other than this, super easy. Very happy. 😃

The Wireless-N extender works great and gives us excellent Wifi coverage throughout our house where as before it was limited in spots. The instructions are easy to follow however I could not get the extender to accept my wifi password for a long time and all of a sudden it accepted it and took me to the website I was trying to get to complete the setup. I am very pleased with this product so far.
