No No No Braven
Read great things about this speaker online and a friend had a Braven model that was a few years old that sounded awesome so I’d figure I would give this one a try. First one that was delivered never worked straight out of the box. Plugged in and charged for a few hours before powering on. Turned on and the speaker never was able to pair across multiple apple and windows devices. Would not even show in the Bluetooth scan of those devices. None of the functions on the speaker worked. I could not even turn the speaker off. Tried a factory reset and the speaker would do the same thing. Amazon was great and I did a return and was refunded my money promptly. I thought let me try again...... speaker number two shows and guess what, same issue. I contacted Braven support to see if I can troubleshoot, maybe I was just missing something. I explained what was going on and the woman on the phone’s response was “oh wow, I don’t know.” Really??? Great support Braven! Then she informed me since it arrives defective to just return it through amazon. Once again, great support Braven! If there was a zero star option that is what this one would get......
