I bought the product and it doesn’t work. I charged it overnight and nothing. I thought maybe it needed to be charged more, left it for a full day, and nothing.

This is one of my best purchases this year - its a great investment! It's small and easy to carry. With it fitting on the key ring, I never have to look for my recorder - it's already with me.I've recorded two meetings and found the quality of the recordings to be great. I can hear everything that was said and identify all the voices. Also, I made a recording outside and was able to identify voices and follow the conversation above the sounds of light traffic and wind.
