Thinner Profile for Nice Fit Inside of Fins - Please stop using plastic packaging!
After reading the reviews, I purchased a size Medium for my Women's size 11 feet. They are just a tiny bit snug, which means they stay nicely in place as I push my foot into my shorty fins. Mediums fit up to 10.5, so it seems ordering smaller was a good choice. I like the thin nature of this sock, and the seams are very smooth, which feels comfortable on my feet which have significant neuropathy. I recommend these for inside fins and after I use them for snorkeling, I will contribute to a followup review. Thank you for speedy delivery. HOWEVER, PLEASE STOP USING PLASTICIZED PACKAGING! PAPER WOULD BE MORE CONSCIENTIOUS AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY. I almost rated these a 4 because of that, but decided to rate the item and not the choice of whoever packages this item.

Good at first but probably wouldn’t use again
A little tight at first, but made using swim fins more comfortable at first. Quickly became loose after an hour or so of use. Was scary slippery on the boat deck so I would remove them after taking fins off while still in water. After about two hours of use were loose enough to become more a bother than I wanted so I stopped using them. Not bad for keeping hot surface from burning feet, but again they became slippery when wet. If you get the correct fit on fins to begin with then these aren’t off much use to me. Will stop pain from Ill fitting fins though. I could take them or leave them really. Wouldn’t buy again unless I was using rented or borrowed swim fins that didn’t fit well. Probably better off buying the right fit snd fin then using these to compensate but that’s my opinion. As long as you understand what you are getting and the use they will give then if they serve you correctly they aren’t a bad buy really. Not something you need really however. Glad I had them with though as we were using rented gear that isn’t fitted you just guess which fit. By end of 2 hours snorkeling I wasn’t using them any longer.

Surprisingly good!
Best wet sock I ever used. It’s not all neoprene so it breaths and drains water and fine sand extremely well. The stretch fit is close to the foot, and is extremely comfortable with sandles or wet shoes. Helps keep feet both warm in cold water, and cool when taking a hot hike. Used two weeks on the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon everyday with no sign of wear.

Maybe I shouldn't have taken the chance
I did understand what these are made for. However I bought this product with hopes for keeping my feet dry while kayaking, with water draining type shoes. Obviously while launching your kayak one must step in the water. Well I learned immediately that's not what these are made for as my feet were immediately soaked. I just couldn't find enough information on this product to see if it would do what I was looking for so I had to learn by making the purchase and just trying. The socks do fit as I expected and snug, I even ripped the pull tag trying to put them on. They are comfortable as well. Maybe I'll find another use for them.

They worked great!
They arrived on time, and fit a little tight, but they prevented blisters on my ankles while wearing sandals and fins.

Size chart is wrong
The size chart on the item description differs from what is on the packaging. The socks are loose on me. They just barely fit into the fins with my foot, and while they do prevent me from getting blisters, I still get chafing and red spots. The textured outer surface is more trouble than it's worth. It doesn't keep the foot from slipping on wet tile, but it does make the fin harder to pull on, chafing my hands in the process. I suspect that it is also causing the sock to move with the fin rather than with my foot. For the price I could have bought new fins.

At first. Out of the box, comfort was less than expected as the sock opening is pretty small.
I like the “thinness” of the material. Fits in my fins great to ease chafing. However, the opening is small. Like, tight enough to cut off circulation, small. So got them wet and stretched them over a large bottle. Just used them on my first dive and they are perfect!. I can now recommend these if you feel a regular dive boot is too much. A tad bit of traction on the bottom would be nice, but the boat floor had some, no slipping.

Great for water sports
I’ve been looking for some foot protection for windsurfing and kiteboarding that won’t get in the way and these are great. Everything else I’ve tried is too thick or falls off but these are as close to surfing naked as you’re going to get. No more cutting my feet up stepping on debris or kicking my foil. I bought these thinking they’d never be any good given the price but was pleasantly surprised. These are the cheapest i’ve found and work better than my $100 Kevlar socks.
