Husband loves this glass and keeps it in the freezer. It keeps liquids cold for a good while. As far as washing, I would recommend hand-washing as it is plastic if you want it for long-term use

This is a high quality mug. It turns a cold drink into a slushie in no time. Great for cordials & soft drinks. Easily able to see how much is left. Big handle for big hands. These mugs replaced freezer mugs that had begun leaking. We spent a lot of time looking in specialty shops hoping to find good replacements and found none. These are great and better than the previous mugs.
