This works but it not an Atmega328P-PU
The product works as advertised. Plugged it in and was able to upload programs with no modifications whatsoever. Though, the chip says it is an Atmega328P-PU, it is a Atmega328P-U. I have no idea what the difference is, but thought I would mention it.

None of the chips worked
not one of the chips had the boot loader on it and none of the chips would accept a boot loader onto the chip. a package of duds is my guess
